A parent of one of the candidates of the just concluded Unified Tertiary Matriculated Examination, has described the newly approved CBT Centre of KWASU as conducive and reliable for examination.
Mr. Oyekunle while speaking with KWASU reporter said that the centre looks peaceful, well arranged and conducive for examination.
He further noted that, from his observation, there are enough security and health personnel on ground to ensure the operation of a hitchfree examination.
The Management of JAMB approved the Kwara State University as an accredited Registration and Examination Centre thereby earmarking the KWASU, CBT Centre as an examination venue for UTME.
Similarly, the Centre Administrator, Hajiya Hassanat Bello stated that everything was put in place for the UTME examination in strict compliance with JAMB’s directives and policies.
Hajia Hassanat, however, revealed that the centre has not encountered any difficulty since commencement of the nation wide examination on Saturday, 19th June, 2021.
She disclosed that Security personnel are on ground to monitor and help maintain peace and order at the centre.
In ensuring strict adherence to Covid-19 safety measures, the institution’s medical team is deployed to conduct compulsory temperature check and to enforce the use of face masks by all candidates.
Two Candidates who sat for the examination on Tuesday at the Centre, commended JAMB’s astuteness to have approved KWASU CBT Centre, noting that the centre’s spaciousness and functional Computers made it conducive.
They also lauded the university for providing adequate security and health measures to ease the examination.
